- If the diagnosis is obvious or established by you, a simple repair for a service that will last a maximum of one hour
- One hour of training / assistance related to your needs.
If the estimated work time to solve the problem exceeds one hour, for example for complex or time-consuming operations (Reinstalling the operating system, etc.) we will provide you with a quote before taking action with the estimated time and materials needed if necessary. No action will be taken without your agreement.
We can collect the material for free in the Shinjuku area.

For an intervention at home, transportation fees are at your charge.
